2. Supply
Independent ex-warehouse supplier. Around 120 containers, ~2 million sqft of mixed-brand commercial vinyl held in Malaysian stock, all sourced direct from manufacturer factories. Stock-held ranges available immediately, no 8-week indent waits, no exclusive-distributor mark-up. Bulk pricing for large projects. Trade discounts for contractors and subcontractors.
3. Installation
Installation by specialist commercial flooring crews. Klang Valley direct; nationwide via experienced regional partners. For tenders requiring specific CIDB SCORE ratings (G4-G7), we route to partner contractors who hold the relevant grade. Scope:
- Substrate inspection and moisture testing
- Self-levelling compound application
- Vinyl sheet installation (homogeneous, heterogeneous, safety, ESD, sports, acoustic)
- Heat-welded seams with colour-matched cord
- Coved skirting installation (cove formers, welded corners)
- ESD grounding strip + earth bonding (EN 1081 compliant)
- Altro Whiterock wall cladding installation
- Sports vinyl with line marking
- Post-installation cleaning, maintenance pack and handover documentation
4. Maintenance and restoration
Post-installation maintenance protocols, on-call repair for damaged sections, full floor restoration (buff/strip/seal for non-PUR ranges, machine buff for PUR-finished homogeneous), lifecycle planning for refurbishment cycles.
